About us
Helping you reach the right support team
is an independent marketing agency.
What we do
We are a marketing agency. We generate leads and connect interested customers with retailers that sell satellite TV, satellite internet and related services in the marketplace. We do not provide any service ourselves. We also publish plain-language troubleshooting guides to help customers work out which team handles their issue.
What we are not
We are not the official website or customer service line of any provider. Your provider is solely responsible for its service, equipment, accounts, billing and technical support.
